Why do you choose Bodyscience?

I love their products. Being an athlete it’s so important to ensure we are fuelling correctly and working on those 1%era each day to put us in the best position to compete, be a great teammate and improve our performance overall. BodyScience work really closely with the athletes and have a real sense of community. They want to see their athletes do well and for me that’s super important. I love their protein powders, collagen and creatine (which I use daily) and how their products are gluten free and HASTA approved.

What are your upcoming events for 2023?

Our AFLW season kicks off in September until December, with the goal of winning the premiership. Our pre season starts the end of May so I’m looking forward to a hard working preseason and season with some success at the end hopefully
