• Add 40g, approximately 2 heaped scoops, to 250-350mL of cold water, milk or plant-based milk of your preference.
• Add it to your favourite smoothie ingredients or use it in cooking, baking and high-protein recipes.
• Before training: Mix one serve with water when it fits your routine.
• Post-training: Mix one serve with water, milk or a milk alternative.
• Daily protein snack: Mix 2 scoops, 40g, with water, milk or a milk alternative. It can also be added to smoothies or recipes to increase daily protein intake.
