Add 42g, approximately 1 rounded scoop, to 250mL of cold water.
Shake well until completely mixed. Settling of the product occurs over time. The scoop is included as a guide only. We recommend weighing the serve if accuracy is required.
Consume post-exercise or between meals.
Consume immediately once daily.
Recommended daily intake: 1 serve.
Use contents within 6 weeks of opening. Keep well sealed when not in use and avoid exposure to moisture.
