Shred Protein is formulated with thermogenic ingredients that can specifically assist weight management, like carnitine, guarana extract and green tea extract. In addition it's high in protein, low carb, low fat, and low calorie. Included in the formula are 5 x digestive enzymes to help break down milk lactose for easier digestion.

A great option for immediately post training to promote muscle results as well as a tasty mid meal snack on the go.

Add 34g, approximately 2 level scoops, to 250mL of cold water in a shaker and shake well.

"This one is for you. All the grittiness and chewability of dirt with an overpowering artificial sweetness. Have tried many dozens of protein powders in my life. This one is the worst by far. Dissolves poorly. Goes super fluffy so half of it stays in the shaker. And of course the gravelly texture. 🤮"

Vanilla Shred is the best

"This is a great product. Definitely does what it says on the tin . . . excellent for an energy boost. I add it to overnight oats for breakfast. The flavour is a very subtle vanilla, rather than the usual super-sweet taste of regular vanilla protein powders. The closest taste would be an Arnott's Nice biscuit; vanilla-y and delicious, and delicately flavoured. This powder mixes well, too. Thanks, BSc."
