Add 45g (2 heaped scoops) into 250mL of cold water and mix well with a shaker or blender.
Pre-workout fuel: 2 scoops (45g) with water 60min before training.
Post-workout recovery: 2 scoops (45g) with water or milk (and milk alternatives) 15min after training.
