Shred Protein is formulated with thermogenic ingredients that can specifically assist weight management, like carnitine, guarana extract and green tea extract. In addition it's high in protein, low carb, low fat, and low calorie. Included in the formula are 5 x digestive enzymes to help break down milk lactose for easier digestion.

Vanilla Shred is the best

"This is a great product. Definitely does what it says on the tin . . . excellent for an energy boost. I add it to overnight oats for breakfast. The flavour is a very subtle vanilla, rather than the usual super-sweet taste of regular vanilla protein powders. The closest taste would be an Arnott's Nice biscuit; vanilla-y and delicious, and delicately flavoured. This powder mixes well, too. Thanks, BSc."
